JAWS FOR ALL JOBS
The Z-Press battery operated press tool also has the option to add various types of profile jaws to the ZPress PZ-1930 and PZ-1550. These profile jaws are suitable for different press pipeline fittings for various applications, underfloor heating, plastic press systems, multi-layer and multi-pipe. These different jaw profiles are V, TH and U-profile which is less popular than the standard M-Profile supplied by Z-Press within it Press Tool kits.

JAWS FOR ALL JOBS
M-Profile jaws are the most popular profile but there is V, TH and U profiles fittings available in the market. All profiles must conform to the same regulations and the availability often determines the market preference. The M-Profile press fitting in copper being readily available in the UK. U-Profile is denoted by its shape and often used in PEX, stainless steel and copper pipe. The TH-Profile is often used in MLCP and Multilayer composite pipe and fittings.

It can also accommodate other profile jaws up to 32 mm displayed in the table below. The PZ-1550 is sold complete in a tool pack that comes complete with a range of jaws. There are a wide range available from various stockists but it is suggested to check with each stockist before traveling.
