CHECKED BEFORE PACKAGING

All Z-Press products are rigorously and thoroughly checked before packaging and made for sale. In the light of an issue on arrival of the product please check our FAQ’s section or contact Z-Press for further information and guidance. Products that fail on initial use is highly unusual and often caused by user error or not consulting the user manual. Register your tool online to receive an extended warranty for two years. The tool comes with a standard one year warranty that covers issues with product failure and defects. This is excludes misuse and the effects of mistreatment and poor storage. Batteries and equipment can be severely effected by cold, heat and fluctuating temperatures as well as condensation levels and conditions often related to storage in vehicles overnight. It is recommended to remove a store in a cool dry place when not in use and it is good practice in order to deter theft to remove all power tools from vehicles when not attended, these factors also apply to sites and workplaces with unheated or sufficiently cooled locations.

Registration to receive the tools one year warranty is required within 30 days of purchase and via the online registration process here. Each registration is required per tool and the unique serial number required (C100000000001).
